- Booking data: name, email address, phone number, number of participants, and selected tour date.
- Payment data: processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via Google Analytics.

3. Purpose & Legal Basis
- To process and manage your booking (contractual necessity).
- To send booking confirmation and relevant pre-departure information (legitimate interest).
- To analyse website usage and improve our service (legitimate interest).
4. Data Retention
Booking records are retained for 5 years in accordance with Spanish tax and commercial legislation. Technical analytics data is retained for 26 months. Cookie preferences are stored until cleared by the user.

- Stripe: payment processing. Subject to Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: anonymised website analytics.
- Email provider: used solely to send transactional booking confirmations.
